Learn yoga as it was meant to be - a wise spiral energy process moving your awareness inward and upward in the optimal progression for personal health, energy, balance, vitality, and spiritual growth.

This introduction to mandhira yoga, taught in one 2˝-3 hour session, includes a lecture, demonstration, and participatory practice.  The class is an overview of mandhira yoga and a microcosm of the first spiral course.   

You will learn several secrets of yoga you can take with you to focus and enrich any  current yoga practice.

Get the opportunity to practice the best spiritual yoga techniques in the best spiral progression with like-minded students in a safe and supportive group setting.  You will feel energized and uplifted and inspired every time!

Sadhana sessions are weekly yoga practice sessions for mandhira students of any level.  Each session is 1˝ hours long.  You may pre-register, or drop in if space permits. 

In each session, we will do a complete spiral of energy yoga sadhana - loosen, activate, invert, balance, focus, circulate, uplift & free, and store your energy. 

OPEN ONLY TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE INTRODUCTORY WORKSHOP.

The second spiral course focuses on purification techniques, breaking through blockages (physical, emotional, and karmic), and cosmic chi kung yoga...
 - advanced energy techniques
 - diet, nutrition, herbs, fasting, Ayurveda
 - techniques for unblocking and healing emotions
 - exploration of karma, how it works, how to soften and transform it
 - developing your personal energy spiral practice
 - learning the secret of sexual energy: keep it, raise it, transform it, store it

This course, taught in ten 2-hour sessions, will usually be offered in weekly sessions, but occasionally may be done in two weekend intensives.   More information is available to students who complete the first spiral course.

The third spiral course focuses on moving inward and upward while maintaining and
balancing your 'outer' world responsibilities. Some elements will include...
 - storing your energy in a very real, physical way in your core, organs, and bones
 - using your energy for healing yourself and assisting others in healing themselves
 - helping each chakra center to unblock, strengthen, and blossom
 - quickly moving into dharana and dhyana with tantra meditations
 - studying, understanding, and exploring astral awareness

This course, taught in ten 2-hour sessions, will be offered only in weekly sessions.   More information is available to students who complete the second spiral course.
