Are you curious about mandhira yoga?  Please come and try an Introductory Workshop. 

Mandhira yoga is a revolutionary new yoga.  Mandhira yoga is ancient source-yoga, rediscovered.  Mandhira yoga is a re-integration, a synthesis of the sacred core teachings of kriya yoga, kundalini tantra, and taoist chi kung yoga, all three of which are branches of the same original source.

Mandhira yoga is not like most yoga classes.  It is spiritual yoga, a scientific energy sadhana process to take you on a spiritual adventure inward and upward.  Mandhira yoga will focus, clarify, redefine, deepen, and enrich your current yoga practice, no matter what level you're at when you begin.

Attending an introductory workshop entitles you to attend mandhira flow sadhana sessions, and fulfills your prerequisite for the 20-hour 1st spiral course, Abhyasa.

A mandhira yoga introductory workshop involves lecture, demonstration, and participatory practice based on the unique mandhira yoga energy flow and mandhira yoga inversion.  Each workshop lasts about two-and-a-half to three hours, with a short break.

Some previous hatha yoga experience is recommended.  Experienced teachers are welcome to attend.

Please wear comfortable yoga clothes - in which you can do upside-down postures (like a headstand or handstand) - and bring a mat and note-taking supplies.   You'll receive more information when you register.
